Last night, at a special viewing for families and Marines, I was able to watch our company's documentary. I just wanted to let everyone know, that if you wonder what we all went through, then you need to watch this film. It is very powerful and emotional. After it ended, hardly a word was said while everyone exited the theater. This film does a great job leaving out the politics and just showing who we are and the guys we lost. So remember, tomorrow night (Thursday 25th) at 9PM on A&E.
If you can't watch it tomorrow night, then here are some additional airings:
Friday, May 26 1am
Saturday, May 27 8pm
Sunday, May 28 12am & 1pm
Monday, May 29 8am & 2pm

I watched "Combat Diary" last night and it was powerful, emotional and fascinating. It felt like I was on the frontlines with these brave young men. It was nice to have a visual image of the soldiers that have died in the various conflicts most notably on August 3rd. Each one touched my heart and I have prayed for them and their families since the tragedy. Please watch this documentary as it is thought provoking and a beautiful tribute to our heroes.
I saw it last night as well. It was a emotional experience. I cried during the memorial service. I will never forget Andre Williams last message. All the men of Lima Company have my eternal respect and gratitude.
I watched this documentary the other night. It helped to know what you guys went through while you were over there. I lived across the street from Corpral Derga for ten years and knew him very well. It was very hard when he was killed and then again when I watched this. I pray for all of you guys. You all did a good job and made us proud. I joined the Army and am leaving in June. Good luck back here at home.

Thank you for the information about the A&E special. I did have a friend tape it for me and I watched it this weekend. Your blog made me feel as if I sort of knew the young men that had died, as I had already seen their photos-I was disappointed that you weren't interviewed, although I think I did see at least one photo of you on there.
How are you? -Candice
